If you have already booked one of these hotels, direct, through an online agent, through Amex or with another adviser, send us the confirmation before you cancel or change anything. We will check whether the same room and dates can be rebooked as a Virtuoso stay, so daily breakfast for two, the USD 100 credit and upgrade priority attach to a booking that did not carry them. Sometimes the rate you already hold is the right one to keep, and we will tell you that too.
