What happens after I submit the form? 

Our team will check if we can rebook you at a similar price with additional benefits and provide you with options (if there is any price difference, for example, and room types so you can optimise the upgrade potential).

*Note that it’s only practical to use this form when the booking you already have is cancelable/refundable.

What kind of benefits can you add?

Most of our preferred partner benefit agreements include an upgrade subject to availability, $100 credit for food and beverage or spa use, early check-in, late checkout, free internet, and VIP welcome.
The benefits, credit amount, and upgrade criteria (upgrade at time of booking vs upgrade at check-in) differ from program to program. You can find out more details about specific programs and benefits on our hotel programs page by clicking here.

Will you amend my existing booking on my behalf?

We will never make any changes to a booking you made through another source.

We will use the information in your original booking to try and source the same room type at the same price (or better) with additional benefits and added value.
If you choose to rebook with us, you will need to cancel your original booking yourself once you ask us to confirm your new booking.
No actions are taken until you receive a quote from our team stating the new rate, room type and benefits and we receive a conformation to rebook you, so you remain in full control throughout the process.

What happens after I submit the form?

Once you submit the form, our team will use your original booking details to check the current available price for the same room type and dates.

If the prices we found are similar or the same, and we can add additional benefits through our preferred partnerships, we will get in touch to let you know what rates are available, the benefits, and what your room will be upgraded to (subject to availability).

You will then have the ability to decide whether you want us to rebook you. If we do rebook you, once we send you the new confirmation, you will need to cancel your original booking to make sure you are not double booked.

You are in full control throughout the process to decide whether you wish to book with us or not.
