Send your planning details.

There is no upfront deposit required to submit this brief; if the next step needs paid planning or ticketing work, we will always confirm the service fee before proceeding.

Next steps

How the planning works from here.

1

You send the brief.

Use the form below to tell us your target, dates, programme and any constraints. The more specific, the faster we can move.

2

We send the first proposal.

Usually within one to two working days. The proposal will include route options, fare logic, earning estimates and the trade-offs we see.

3

We fine-tune for thirty days.

We will keep iterating with you for thirty days from the first proposal until the route is right.

What to include

The shape of a useful brief.

Most planning cases come in three shapes. Tell us which yours is, and the kind of detail we need scales accordingly.

Case 1

You have a construction.

Paste the routing, upload screenshots, or attach the ITA Matrix output, website link or fare notes you want us to review.

Case 2

You want research from scratch.

Tell us the goal, dates, origins, cabins, budget tolerance, status target and anything you definitely want included or avoided.

Case 3

Status is the point.

Include the airline programme, current status, target status, deadline and whether the trip still needs to make sense as travel.

Send your brief

Tell us the target.

A useful brief usually answers four questions: what are you trying to achieve, by when, from where, and what is your tolerance for complexity. If a detail is still flexible, say that too. Flexibility is often what makes the better construction possible.

What the planning service covers

The planning service in plain terms.

  • Carefully constructed itinerary options
  • Access to negotiated and private rates
  • Travel booking and ticketing
  • Schedule change support
  • No fee for involuntary rebookings that do not need complete replanning
  • No fee for refund processing, although airline fees still apply

Common questions

Worth knowing before we start.

How the planning service works.

There is no upfront deposit required. We review your outline first, and if paid planning or ticketing work is needed, we will confirm the service fee before proceeding.

One brief, one planning case.

Each brief outline submitted creates one planning case. We will keep iterating with you for up to thirty days from the first proposal until the route is right.

How this differs from a normal quote.

A normal Propeller booking takes a route you have already chosen and handles the ticketing, fare rules and support. Trip planning starts earlier than that. You tell us the goal, we work out the route, then we book it. Use this when you know the target but not the route.

What if my brief is for Complex Air rather than planning?

If you have a fare or a built route and the question is whether it can be ticketed, you do not need a planning case. Complex Air handles that directly. We will tell you if a case ought to go there.

If anything is unclear before you send the brief, call the office on +44 (0)20 3917 4699 (UK) or +1 646 757 9954 (US), or email query@propellertravel.com.
