We will check whether the same room and dates can be rebooked with the collection’s benefits, so complimentary breakfast for two and a VIP welcome attach to a booking that did not carry them. This is a lighter set than the chains, so sometimes the rate you already hold is the right one to keep, and we will tell you that too.
