If you have already booked a Preferred Hotels & Resorts property, direct, through an online agent or with another adviser, send us the confirmation before you cancel or change anything. We will check whether the same room and dates can be rebooked on Preferred Platinum, so daily breakfast for two, the USD 100 hotel credit and a room upgrade attach to a booking that did not carry them. Sometimes the rate you already hold, or a Virtuoso rate, is the right one to keep, and we will tell you that too.
You’re never exposed: your current booking stays exactly as it is until the new one is confirmed. Send it while it’s still refundable and we take it from there.
