    Can I book an Oetker Collection Pearl Club rate directly?

    Oetker Collection Pearl Club benefits are not available for online booking or to travellers directly and are only bookable through a limited number of participating Oetker Collection Pearl Club agencies like Propeller Travel.

    What rates qualify for Oetker Collection Pearl Club?

    In general, Oetker Collection Pearl Club benefits apply to the flexible “best available rate” (meaning, you usually don’t pay until check-out and can cancel your bookings up to 24-48 hours before the check-in date).

    This is usually the ‘standard / flexible’ rate when looking on the Oetker Collection booking system.
    You can not apply benefits, usually, to booking on member-only rates or non-refundable advance purchase rates.

    Doesn’t the Virtuoso benefits you offer already cover these?

    We are happy to be able to offer our clients both the Virtuoso program and Oetker Collection Pearl Club. The nightly rate is the same in both cases and represents the hotel’s BAR (best available flexible rate) for the chosen dates. however, there are a few advantages to booking with Oetker Collection Pearl Club as opposed to Virtuoso

    • Oetker Collection, naturally, prioritise their in-house preferred partnership program over Virtuoso when it comes to upgrade priority

    • Oetker Collection Pearl Club offers an upgrade at the time of booking, subject to availability – instead of at check-in time.

    • All of the Oetker Collection portfolio is available with Oetker Collection Pearl Club, while Virtuoso’s list of included properties varies annually.

    Our team will always cross-check both programs to advise you on the most beneficial option for your specific booking.
