We will check whether the same room and dates can be rebooked with Leaders Club benefits, so daily breakfast for two, VIP recognition and a flexible arrival attach to a booking that did not carry them, or whether a Virtuoso rate would serve you better. Sometimes the rate you already hold is the right one to keep, and we will tell you that too.
