A Hyatt Privé booking can include full daily breakfast for two in a hotel restaurant, a property credit set by each hotel, upgrade priority answered within 24 hours of booking, early check-in, late check-out and connecting-room requests answered within 24 hours of request, and a welcome letter and amenity from hotel leadership.
Is the credit a fixed amount?
No. Hyatt Privé includes a property credit, with the value set by each hotel.
Are upgrades guaranteed?
No. Hyatt Privé gives upgrade priority, answered within 24 hours of booking, subject to forecast occupancy.
Can early check-in, late check-out or connecting rooms be confirmed?
They are answered within 24 hours of request, subject to forecast occupancy.
Do I still earn World of Hyatt points and status?
Yes. Your World of Hyatt number goes on the booking, so points and status still earn.
Are there minimum stays?
There is a 4-night minimum at Hyatt Ziva and Zilara, a 2-night minimum at Alila and a few others, and no minimum at Park Hyatt, Andaz, Thompson or Miraval.
Can you help with a Hyatt stay I already booked?
Yes. Send the confirmation before changing anything. We will check the stay you hold and tell you if keeping it or rebooking with Hyatt Privé benefits is the stronger answer.
