If it is possible, we will write you back, give you options (if there is any price difference, for example, and room types so you can optimise the upgrade potential). But, naturally, this is only practical when you can cancel your original booking with no penalty.

We will not take any action on your behalf unless you specifically instruct us to make a booking once we have researched and advised you of the options.

What happens after I submit the form?

 Once we receive your form, our team will check whether the property offers additional benefits when booked through us and the currently available rates and room types. We will then let you know whether we can rebook you with all the extra benefits at the same price point you are currently booked on, and if not, what are your options. You can then decide whether to cancel your existing booking and rebook with us, getting many benefits and much more value.

What happens to my original booking once you rebook me?

We will coordinate this together with you. In general, once you ask us to rebook you (after getting the rate options and benefits list from us), we will book you on the property, at which point we will ask you to cancel your original booking to prevent a duplicate booking. You will be responsible for cancelling your original booking, and we will remind you as part of our booking process.

I'm in the top elite tier of this chains loyalty program. Will I still get all the benefits of my status?

Yes! You will receive your full status benefits. When you book with Propeller Travel, your booking is treated as a direct booking with the property, guaranteeing you receive all your status benefits, and accrue nights, stay credit and points.
